If your item is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days, at which point you will receive an email confirmation with UPS tracking number. UPS delivery options reflect the shipping time from the date the item is sent out. International Shipping

All orders designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Please click here for more details on international shipping.

All sales are final. Exchanges are available ONLY if there is a defect in the product within 14 days of initial receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, please email hello@ashleighbergman.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

All special orders (including sized rings) and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.
