Returns/Exchanges/Repairs
All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations. We do not process refunds to the original method of payment. Exchanges are available ONLY if there is a defect in the product within 14 days of initial receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, please email hello@ashleighbergman.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. All special orders (including sized rings) and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange.
If an item is damaged between 15 days and 2 months after receipt, we will cover the cost of repair, but are not responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item to or from the shopper. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused. If a repair is necessary after two months, we would be happy to facilitate the repair for an additional charge plus the cost of shipping. All exchanges and repairs require prior authorization. Please email hello@ashleighbergman.com to arrange the exchange/repair. You are responsible to ship your item to us. We are responsible for the package only after we receive it. We are not responsible should it get lost, damaged, mishandled, and/or stolen before it arrives.
